Investing.com -- Shares of U.S. auto retailers rose Friday morning after the Supreme Court ruled against the Trump administration's tariffs.
Group 1 Automotive climbed 4.2%, while Asbury Automotive Group gained 2.1% and AutoNation added 1%. Cars.com rose 2.1% and Penske Automotive Group increased 3%.
The Supreme Court ruled in a 6-3 decision that the Trump administration's use of emergency powers to impose global tariffs is unconstitutional.
