Arm Holdings beats Q1 estimates, shares fall in after-hours
Investing.com -- Arm Holdings reported first-quarter earnings per share of $0.45, surpassing analyst expectations of $0.4 by $0.05. The company posted revenue of $1.29 billion for the quarter, beating the consensus estimate of $1.27 billion.
For the second quarter of 2027, Arm Holdings projects earnings per share of $0.47, above the analyst consensus of $0.43. The company expects revenue of $1.38 billion for the period, compared to the consensus estimate of $1.34 bllion.
Shares of ARM declined more than 3% in after-hours trading on Wednesday. The stock had already fallen 8.11% during the regular trading session.
