American Express full-year profit forecast tops estimates

Investing.com -- American Express (NYSE: AXP) has said it expects to post annual earnings per share of $12.65 to $13.15, topping Bloomberg consensus estimates of $12.40.

Shares in the credit card provider ticked higher in premarket U.S. trading on Friday.
