Aggreko files for IPO on NYSE

Investing.com -- Aggreko Inc., a Glasgow-based provider of engineered energy and temperature control solutions, has filed a Form F-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "AGKO."

The company has not yet disclosed the share count or price range for the offering.

For fiscal year 2025, Aggreko reported net revenue of $3.4 billion, a 20% increase from the prior year. The company posted adjusted EBITDA of $1.3 billion with a 37% margin. Aggreko recorded a net loss of $113 million, driven by $647 million in net interest expense, which included $249 million of unfavorable foreign exchange impacts.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan serve as co-lead underwriters for the offering. BofA Securities, Barclays, and Morgan Stanley are also listed among the 12 total underwriters, which include Jefferies, Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Baird, Santander, Wolfe | Nomura Alliance, and Tigress Financial Partners.

Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Glasgow, United Kingdom, Aggreko provides mobile and modular temporary power, temperature control equipment, and energy services. The company rents heavy-duty equipment including diesel and gas generators, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and battery storage units to industries and major international events.
