Yahoo's (Nasdaq: YHOO) board of directors plans to meet tonight to discuss a potential search partnership with Microsoft Corp (Nasdaq: MSFT), according to reports from the Wall Street Journal which cited people briefed about the meeting.
The report said it is unlikely that any deal would be announced Thursday and there are still some Yahoo directors that have concerns about striking the partnership.
Some directors questioned whether the a deal between the two will fly with regulators.
