Yahoo! (Nasdaq: YHOO) shares are indicated lower amid word that investors are losing faith in decisions being made by CEO Marissa Mayer and CFO Ken Goldman.
The NY Post noted late Sunday that the unrest comes as Yahoo! moves to sell its core internet business vs. spinning its Alibaba (NYSE: BABA) stake.
Yahoo! recently put real estate in Santa Clara, Cali., up for sale, which might also be part of a broader cost-cutting plan.
Shares of Yahoo! are indicated over 4 percent lower.
