Will the #NeverTrump Vote Move the Needle on Super Tuesday?

While not showing up in the polls, as voting kicks off on Super Tuesday social media is abuzz with with the anti-Donald Trump vote. There are several memes and hashtags for the movement: #NeverTrump, #MakeDonaldDrumpfAgain (comedian John Oliver started this referring to the original last name of Trump's ancestors), and #NoTrump. In fact #NeverTrump and #MakeDonaldDrumpfAgain were both trending topics on Twitter.
Basically, the vote is for anyone but Mr. Trump. The movement should specifically help Republicans Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz, who have been relentlessly attacking the businessman's character, shady business dealings, lack of tax transcripts and KKK flap, among other things.
There is a theory that the anti-Trump vote is mobilizing those who don't usually vote in primaries to head to the polls. While Republican voter turnout has been at record highs in the early states, with only a small fraction of possible voters voting in the primaries a little traction of the anti-Trump movement could move the needle. In fact, yesterday there was a story in The Atlantic suggesting even liberals should cross the isle and vote for Rubio.
All signs point to Mr. Trump winning big on Super Tuesday, but Trump supporters should be concerned that the anti-Trump movement is gaining considerable momentum and could show up in today's exit poll data and polls for future states.
