Will Sears Holdings Be a Sell on the News Target?

Could the surviving company from the Sears Roebuck (NYSE: S) Kmart Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: KMRT) merger, Sears Holdings Corp. (SHLD), be a buy the rumor... sell on the news victim after the merger is completed and the stock starts trading under the new symbol? The rumor being that the company will be a powerhouse combined � the news being they are combined. Both stocks have surged since the announcement.

We are staring to hear some chatter to that effect going around Wall Street, although many still think it's a risky bet going against Eddie Lampert, who some say is the next Warren Buffett. It will be interesting to see what happens.
