Despite the Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C not even getting into consumers' hands yet, will it be the best iPhone ever?
CNET has compiled a list of several features that iPhone users would like to see on the iPhone 6:
With the list, Apple might have scored a home run with a larger display. It seems like the camera and processor are up to snuff and should be very capable in the coming years.

CNET has compiled a list of several features that iPhone users would like to see on the iPhone 6:
- Larger display: Apple's 4-inch screen will only be relevant for so long before consumers would like to see video and TV shows on a more robust display. Expectations call for a 4.7- or 4.8-inch display sometime soon;
- Battery life: the iPhone 5S has a bit longer battery life amid being twice as fast, but most users would trade a bulkier phone for more unconnected usage
- Another processor upgrade;
- Better Siri. (That will come with more use, we suspect. Apple and other companies are trying to create a system of voice recognition that has to meet billions of different speech patterns, not exactly easy.);
- Some sort of camera capability above and beyond 8-megapixels of resolution. Apple has constantly improved that camera, but it might be another key reason to upgrade.
- Make the maximum available memory be 128-GB versus the 64-GB current max; and
- Near-field technology. This isn't one of the top-picks for CNET, but it is kind of a no-brainer given enhanced security with Touch ID. Why have to get out a credit card or open and app and click a few buttons when your iPhone could just automatically ring up the purchase for you?<
