VirnetX Holding (VHC) Looks to go Another Round with Apple (AAPL)

VirnetX (AMEX: VHC) isn't quite done with its Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) case quite yet.

According to PatentlyApple, VirnetX has already filed another suit against Apple. The filing was made September 12th in Massachusetts District Court. The case number is 1:2014mc91276.

Shares of VirnetX are down 40 percent Tuesday.
