Under Armour (NYSE: UA) is still in negative territory late Tuesday amid debuting what the company hopes will be a strong alternative to the Nike (NYSE: NKE) FuelBand.
The system is called Amour 39. There's a chest strap with a sensor and "bug," which stores data from a workout via Bluetooth. The system will be available on March 20th and retail for $149.99. An optional watch accessory will help you lose even more weight, to the tune of $199.99.
Armour 39 steals its name from 0039, the model number of Under Armour's first white undershirt.
Shares ended the session down about 0.2 percent.
