UPDATE: Google (GOOG), EU Regulators Agree to Antitrust Deal Outline

According to the Financial Times, Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) and European Union regulators have agreed to an antitrust deal outline.
UPDATE - The European Commission wanted Google to offer concession that cover all platforms, which include PCs, mobile phones, and tablets. Reuters said a source told them that Google's latest proposal covered the requirements.
Shares of Google are 1.3 percent lower on the session.
