BioMimetic Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: BMTI) trading halted for information.
UPDATE - On February 5, 2013, BioMetric disclosed that it received an informal request for clarification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) consisting of six questions, some with multiple subparts, related to the Augment Bone Graft Pre-Market Approval (PMA) review. The company said it submitted a response at that time.
The halt may have something to do with that disclosure, though this would be just speculation on our part. Shares closed up 0.6 percent to $9.49 on Thursday.
