The United Auto Workers (UAW) seeks signing bonuses of as much as $10,000 in talks, according to people familiar with the matter. The bonuses, proposed in talks with General Motors (NYSE: GM), Ford (NYSE: F), and Chrysler, range from $8,000 to $10,000. The word comes from people involved in talks.
GM is down 3.4 percent on the session, and Ford is 3.1 percent lower.
