As a global communications platform, Twitter is used by Indians in many ways every day. While following live sports, keeping abreast with latest news, sharing views with the world are extremely common, our users and partners have always pushed the boundaries on how Twitter can make their lives better. This year, some of the largest and most entrepreneurial Indian businesses have led the way in innovating and creating new ways for users and customers to connect and transact via Twitter.
Only last week Lookup (@LookUpHQ), an on-demand platform that lets users connect with local businesses, extended its services to Twitter. People in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune can now Tweet or send a Direct Message to @lookuplite to enquire for goods and services, book appointments, and transact with local shops, salons, spas, restaurants, and much more. What’s more, Lookup users shopping via Twitter can get free home delivery this Christmas season!
