Twitter (TWTR) Released Latest Update for iOS App

December 30, 2015 2:42 PM EST

Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) has updated its mobile app for iOS, with version 4.0.0 debuting today in the App Store.

Many updates have been made, and the app also includes "hearts" versus "stars" to like or favorite something, a recent move that had been controversial among dedicated fans.

Notably, poll support -- a new feature introduced by Twitter recently -- hasn't been implemented with the latest iOS update.
