These Companies Don't Plan To Buy Back Its Stock

On the Dry Bulk Forum today, the CEOs were asked if they would use their cash on hand to buy back shares. All the companies, including DryShips (Nasdaq: DRYS), Excel Maritime (NYSE: EXM) and TBS International (Nasdaq: TBSI) said they have no plans to buy back stock. DryShips, Excel Maritime and TBS International said they think it would be better to use the cash for acquisitions and future growth, which would be more accretive than buying back shares.
