Tesla Motors (Nasdaq: TSLA) CEO Elon Musk is piquing interest once again today, following a new post on Twitter.

From Musk's official Twitter account: "Seems to be some stormy weather over in Shortville these days" "Announcement of new @TeslaMotors strategy tomorrow. Tesla owners will like this."

Shares are up 3.8 percent Thursday.
