Tesla's (TSLA) Musk: Model S Production Exceeding 400/Week Target

In a Bloomberg interview today, Tesla Motors (Nadaq: TSLA) CEO Elon Musk commented on production of the company's hot Model S sedan.
Musk said current production was exceeding expectations at 400 per week. He also noted that production would reach 800 per week by late 2014.
Shares of Tesla are up 2.2 percent in early trading Thursday.
