Tesla Motors (Nasdaq: TSLA) said to sue machinery maker Atlas Technologies over an agreement, according to Bloomberg headlines. The company filed the lawsuit to force arbitration of dispute over the contract. The lawsuit was filed in Chancery Court of Delaware.
