Tesla (TSLA) Sales in France Rose 115% for 2015

Sales of Tesla Motors (Nasdaq: TSLA) in France have seen strong gains in the last year.

According to Electrek.co, Tesla deliveries rose 115 percent in France during 2015 to 708 Model 5 units, putting to fifth on the list of best-selling EVs in the country. In total, over 22,000 EVs were sold in France last year.

The market is largely dominated by local favorite Renault-Nissan.

Shares of Tesla are down around 0.5 percent.
