Tesla (TSLA) Names New EMEA Sales Chief

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) is said to have hired Willem Haitink as head of sales for the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Electrek.co noted the hire on Monday.
News comes following a recent shift in leadership for Tesla's sales division, which includes appointment of a new Global Sales head recently, as well as new executives being named to lead North American and Asian sales operations.
Haitink was previously CEO of the O’Neill group and worked at Nike (NYSE: NKE) for 16 years. He will be based in Amsterdam at Tesla’s European headquarters.
Shares of Tesla are lower in early trading Monday.
