Tesla Motors (Nasdaq: TSLA) makes one heck of a car.
They also make one heck of a sign, judging by the outcome of this crash.
The following photo was posted to Reddit on Monday. It appears that the Model S (which isn't new given the HOV sticker on the bumper) hit the Tesla store and then hit the sign out front. It wasn't clear what the driver of the car was doing to cause such an accident or whether or not there was a glitch with the car that caused some sort of sudden acceleration. We're in no position to speculate on the topic.
We assume no one was hurt in the incident.
Shares of Tesla are up 4.5 percent.
