Tesla's (TSLA) Model S Selected by e-Commerce Giant for Promotion

How hot is Tesla Motors' (Nasdaq: TSLA) Model S right now? Enough that a major e-commerce company is using the vehicle in its recent promotion.

eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY) is lookng to bolster its 'eBay Garage' section, offering up a Model S to those that register their car and add additional photos.

It appears that eBay Garage is a way for the company to create a community for automotive fans. You can share ideas, buy parts, and more.

Shares of eBay are flat, while Tesla is positive in early trading.
