In what is shaping up to be a real life David vs. Goliath story, Philip Matesanz, a 21 year-old Computer Science student in Germany, is about to learn what it feels like to go toe-to-toe with a giant - a tech giant - aka Google (Nasdaq: GOOG).
Google is threatening to sue the student for offering a recorder that allows individuals to record YouTube videos. Google has demanded he cease his service within seven days or the company will take legal action. Philip has refused to close his service and is currently considering his options.
