The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) shares are trading lower this morning, following a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission starting that Park Brady will act as Principal Executive Officer until such time as a Chief Executive Officer of the Company is appointed.
Brady was appointed as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer effective March 21, 2011, and will continue to serve in that position. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ResortQuest.
The appointment was effective on June 20th.
Shares of St. Joe are down 2.6 percent on the session.
