Solar Stocks Lower Monday Following JinkoSolar (JKS) Reduced Outlook, Halt

Solar stocks are all lower Monday, as JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS) issued an updated outlook earlier and is now halted for news.

The company reduced its third-quarter and full year 2011 shipment and sales expectations. Click here for further detail from the release.

Trending lower Monday are:
  • Trina Solar (NYSE: TSL) down 0.3 percent;

  • SunPower (Nasdaq: SPWRA) off 1.7 percent;

  • JA Solar (Nasdaq: JASO) down 2.6 percent;

  • Yingli Green (NYSE: YGE) is about 1 percent lower; and

  • Suntech Power (NYSE: STP) is down 1.8 percent.
