Skyworks (Nasdaq: SWKS) ticked a bit higher following reports that it has revised its offer for Advanced Analogic Tech. (Nasdaq: AATI) from $6.13/share (comprised of $3.68 per share in cash and .08725 of a share of Skyworks common stock for each outstanding share of Advanced Analogic Technologies common stock) to $5.80 per share in cash.
Further, claims between the two companies will have been dismissed in the new agreement.
Ahead of the bell Wednesday, Skyworks is up about 5 percent.
