S&P Did Not Downgrade Bank of America (BAC)

Despite earlier rumors, an S&P spokesperson said they did not downgrade Bank of America (NYSE: BAC). The spokesperson could not comment if anything is in the works.

S&P said their last report published on BofA was October 16th.

Rumors mid-day of a equity offering and S&P downgrade of some banks, including BofA, accelerated selling in the stock.
