Rumors of Leaked Stress Test Results

There are some rumors going around that the bank "stress test" results leaked and they were bad. Some website called the Turner Radio Network reported it, which sounds questionable.

Bank stocks are weakening in pre-open trading, following results from BofA (NYSE: BAC) and reports from the New York Times the Obama administration is considering converting preferred shares into common shares.
