Shares of Rite Aid Corp. (NYSE: RAD) are getting a boost today following an upgrade from JPMorgan.
This morning, JPMorgan upgraded the struggling drug store chain from Neutral to Overweight, citing valuation and recent flu trends.
The firm said recent data showing widespread flu instances should drive prescription sales on the pharmacy end of the business and over-the-counter cough and cold products on the front-end of the business.
Shares of Rite Aid are up 4% to $2.72.
