Rambus, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBS) wins ruling that upholds memory chip patent's validity, according to Bloomberg. The ruling overturns U.S. Patent Office Decision.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington said the U.S. Patent and Trademarks Office's decision to invalidate the patent was not supported by "substantial evidence."
