Following reports certain services in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) were experiencing outages, Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) has said those services have since been restored.

The BBC reported early Tuesday that RIM believes all messaging and Internet services are "operating normally" after a 20-hour blackout Monday.

Problems were linked to RIM's data center in Slough, U.K. No specific details about what caused the outage were released.

RIM closed 0.6 percent lower Monday, and shares are up 0.8 percent pre-market Tuesday.
