Reports have a man being stabbed at a BlackBerry Messenger party in the U.K. (where its still popular).
Name and location notwithstanding, its not clear about the specific details of what happened. All the WSJ said was a scuffle broke out at the end of the party and someone was (Warning: might be gross to some) stabbed in the neck with a broken bottle.
RIM issued a statement to the WSJ, which read: "A serious incident occurred at our BlackBerry event tonight. Our first concern is the well-being of the injured guest. We are doing all we can to assist police with their inquiries and are unable to provide further comment at this time."
Wired had a "source" tell them people were running out of the building (Warning: if you're eating, stop) vomiting and crying. So, pretty much the same thing as being at a "Twilight" movie-o-thon.
