Quantum Fuel Systems (Nasdaq: QTWW) shares are getting slammed ahead of the bell Friday, following the pricing of a public unit offering.
Quantum plans to sell up to 10,526,315 units, with each Unit consisting of one share of common stock, $0.02 par value per share, and one warrant to purchase 0.6 of a share of common stock. The price per Unit to the Underwriters is $0.8759 per Unit, and the Underwriters will initially offer the Units to the public at $0.95 per Unit.
Shares are 24 percent lower early.
