Potential Bounce Candidates: EMS, WINN, DY, NXTM, ZOLT

Potential Bounce Candidates: Theses stocks were sold off aggressively yesterday and traders will look for possible bounces in the stocks in the days ahead. Of course, they can continue lower.

Emergency Medical Services (NYSE: EMS) fell 12% yesterday after reporting disappointing Q4 results and providing muted guidance for 2008. Today the stock is 3% higher after being upgraded by JPMorgan.

Winn-Dixie (Nasdaq: WINN) fell nearly 12% yesterday after Friedman Billings downgraded the stock. Today the stock is down another 2%.

Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) fell 34% yesterday after warning for Q2. Dycom sees revenue and EPS below their prior guidance. Today the stock is flat.

Nxstage Medical (Nasdaq: NXTM) sank 33% yesterday after reporting disappointing Q4 results and warning of a wider-than-expected loss in 2008. Today the stock is down another 6%.

Zoltek (Nasdaq: ZOLT) fell nearly 21% yesterday after reporting Q1 results well below Wall Street views. Today, the stock is up 1%.
