Former KaloBios (Nasdaq: KBIO) and Turing Pharma CEO Martin Shkreli has had his brokerage account frozen.
The NY Post said Shkreli's $45 million E*TRADE account has been frozen by federal authorities. Reasoning behind the move is that Shkreli used the account to "secure his freedom" after he posted a $5 million bail on allegations of securities fraud.
E*TRADE will need to notify officials if the amount slips below $5 million.
