Oracle (ORCL) Shares Fly Higher After Strong Q1 Results

Shares of Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL) are trading up 3.4 percent in after-hours action to $26.22 following better than expected Q1 results.

Oracle reported Q1 EPS of $0.42, ex-items, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter was $7.59 billion, which compares to the estimate of $7.27 billion.
