One-Fifth of the Globe Visited Amazon (AMZN) in June

Amazon.com (Nasdaq: AMZN) received visitors from one-fifth of the globe in June.
According to data from comScore, Amazon.com attracted 282 million unique visitors in June, amounting to 20.4 percent of the 1.383 billion unique visitors visiting retail and auction sites for the month.
Coming in second place was eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY) with 223.52 million, or 16.2 percent. Third was controversial Alibaba.com at 156.78 million, or 11.3 percent. Apple.com (Nasdaq: AAPL) was fourth at 134.30 million, while Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT) came in sixth with 44.65 million, or 3.2 percent.
Amazon is down 0.5 percent early Wednesday.
