Oi SA (NYSE: OIBR) is up over 1.5 percent on Tuesday's session following comments from CFO Alex Zornig earlier.
Zornig said Brazil's Oi will get about R$1 billion ($500 million) in cash stemming from the sale of rights to use towers. Reuters noted today that cash would come in over the next few months.
