Office Depot (ODP) Dips on Justice Department Investigation Disclosure in 10-K

Office Depot (NYSE: ODP) shares are taking a dip today, following disclosure of an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice in Q111.
From the 10-K filing: "during the first quarter of 2011, we were notified that the United States Department of Justice has commenced an investigation into certain pricing practices related to an expired agreement that was in place between January 2, 2006 and January 1, 2011, pursuant to which state, local and non-profit agencies could purchase office supplies."
Shares are up 2.6% this afternoon, but fell 0.9% following filing of their 10-K with the U.S. SEC.
