Obama's Plan Could Cost $250,000-312,500 Per Job Created or Saved
After breaking down Obama's new job plan that he claims "You Should Pass," it looks like it could cost an astonishing $250,000 and $312,500 per job created or saved.
The President's deal is said to increase GDP by $300 billion or 2 percent and add or 1.9 million jobs. The plan is expected to cost tax payers $475 billion, well over the $300 billion that analysts were originally forecasting. ZeroHedge notes that $475 billion financed over a ten year basis at 2.5 percent will add roughly an additional $120 billion in interest.
This means that while his plan will raise $300 billion in GDP, it will cost tax payers around $593.8 billion, representing a ROI of -49.5 percent.
If you don't factor in the interest, it will cost the tax payers $250,000 per job and $312,500 after factoring in the interest tax.
The $475 billion is expected to be derived from increases in taxes on Itemized deductions - aka households making over $200,000 (earning $40 billion per year), taxing carried interest as ordinary income (earning roughly $1.8 billion per year), terminating tax breaks in the oil and gas industry (earning $4 billion per year), and removing the depreciation for corporate jets ( earning $300 million per year).
The plan looks good for the bums and ignorant American's who Obama relies on for the vote. I'm talking the ones who think that he's the all wise and knowing prophet who will save this economy, but I'm sorry you're wrong. If the Congress does their math bill, the bill doesn't have chance of passing. Many senators are already stating that it will create as many jobs as his past plan did, how many was that again… oh yea ZERO.
If people are having a hard time finding a job, take a step back and look at yourself. No matter when it is in time, people will always judge you on first impressions and the way you look so clean up. Next, look at your resume, if it just says high diploma and only work experience in one field that is your fault. If there is no longer openings in that field, go out and learn a new trade, become someone's apprentice. This may mean that you don't get paid, but the education that your learning will be worth it in the long-run. This prevents others from having to pay your mistakes.
Once people start putting their future in their own hands and stop relying on the great hand of Obama to come and bail them out the economy will become strong and attractive once again. Take it upon yourself to do something about your problem and don't make it others. If this happens, Obama will not have to tax the rest of people who are not voting for him to win your vote.
