A JPMorgan downgrade on shares of O'Reilly Automotive (Nasdaq: ORLY) is just barely pushing the stock lower today, now down about 0.3% to $41.90. The firm now rates O'Reilly a Neutral and sees the stock rising to $44 over the next year.

JPMorgan believes that O'Reilly's stocks is now "largely fairly valued" and that upside to earnings and sales is more likely "in the back half of the year." The firm also notes that "cost pressures and execution risk are more acute" during the first half of 2010 and that the "recent strengthening of discretionary consumer sales should keep the stock relatively out of favor in the medium term."
