Nokia (NYSE: NOK) moved off of lows Wednesday on reports that it will unveil more than one addition to its Lumia line next month and larger screens will play a big role.
Though the news was reported earlier this week by TheVerge, Reuters affirmed the information today. The New York event will be held in late September, sources said.
Nokia's move would challenge Samsung in the phablet category, the nickname for smartphones with displays of 5-inches or larger.
Shares of are down 0.2 percent, but well off of session lows.
