Nokia (NOK) Patent Claim Against HTC Dismissed in Germany

Nokia's (NYSE: NOK) patent suit against HTC in Germany was said to be dismissed.
According to a news brief out Thursday, the District Court of Munich dismissed the case, according to a statement by HTC filed with the Taiwan Stock Exchange. The company plans to continue invalidity action in front of the German Federal Patent Court and expects the patent to be revoked.
News comes following reports at the end of last year that Nokia won a patent injunction against HTC in Germany, saying the company's Android handsets were in violation of a patent which covers a "method for transferring resource information" via Bluetooth or NFC (but, not over WiFi or Internet).
Shares of Nokia are flat Thursday morning.
