Nike (NKE) Wins Injunction Versus adidas Over adiZero Primeknit Shoe

Nike, Inc. (NYSE: NKE) is still lower on the session following positive news related to patent litigation with adidas (OTCBB: ADDYY).
According to headlines from Bloomberg, Nike said a court granted an injunction against adidas with respect to the adiZero Primeknit shoe. The injunction prevents adidas from distributing the show in Germany.
Adidas issued a statement today as well, saying it didn't comment on pending litigation and is currently reviewing the court papers related to the injunction.
Nike recently unveiled its Flyknit line of running shoes, which were distributed to athletes in the 2012 London Olympics. We've included a photo comparison of the two sneakers, which look similar but not identical.
Shares of Nike are down just about 1 percent Monday.
