Shares of Dendreon (Nasdaq: DNDN) are 8% higher this morning following disclosure late Friday of options grants to Ian Clark and Pedro Granadillo, indicating they were both added to the company's board of directors.
Clark is CEO of Roche's Genentech unit and Granadillo is a former Eli Lilly executive.
The news is revving-up rumors that Dendreon will partner or be acquired by Roche.
