Netflix's (NFLX) Hastings Celebrates Emmy Nod...by Dissing Time Warner's (TWX) Bewkes

Hold grudges much?

Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) received its first Emmy nomination with its original series House of Cards today. To celebrate, CEO Reed Hastings took to Facebook. He posted a message today which read:

Albania takes it up a notch.

This message was meant for Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) CEO Jeff Bewkes. Back in 2010, when asked about Netflix potentially disrupting the cable TV model, Bewkes said, "It’s a little bit like, is the Albanian army going to take over the world? I don’t think so.

Well, if House of Cards wins the category (which is a tough one), consider Albania equipped with one more tank.

Shares of Netflix are down 0.4 percent on the session.
