Nasdaq OMX (NDAQ) CEO Greifeld Sees No Liability Stemming From Halt

Nasdaq OMX Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NDAQ) CEO Bob Greifeld thinks there is basically no liability to the exchange following the muli-hour halt made Thursday. He said that trading was halted for both professionals and traditional long investors when an asymmetry was noticed on the exchange, with both sides beginning trade when it was opened back up at 3:25pm.
