Microsoft's (Nasdaq: MSFT) Kurt DelBene will take over managing the Obamacare enrollment system.
Bloomberg said the Obama administration selected DelBene to replace Jeffrey Zients as Zients prepares to assume the role of White House chief economic adviser.
DelBene was most recently president of Microsoft's Office software division.
Zients worked to vastly improve the enrollment system, which included the error-prone Healthcare.gov website.
Shares of Microsoft are down 0.7 percent.
